New Building Inaugurated
We have completed construction of a new 1,000-seat building for the model church in Nepalgunj, Nepal. Many thanks for everyone who has helped on this project.
In 2007 we purchased a large block of land that adjoined the main property. It took us a year to truck in fill material to bring the level of that rice field to an elevation that would support building and development.
We’ve held four major conferences on that field and it has helped us to consolidate the 125 village churches we now have in West Nepal. With the work expanding rapidly it has enabled us to have a ministry center where we can accommodate large crowds for conferences and training.
Last year we surveyed our Nepal churches and discovered that we had over 8,000 adult believers in our combined congregations. With the recent growth, I estimate that we are now approaching 10,000. The model church in Nepalgunj is a solid 500 members and I expect that work to double quickly now that we have a building large enough to accommodate 1,000. We’ve completed a training center, which allows us to continue with ongoing training of our village workers.
Over the past three years we have invested over $170,000 into this property and that investment has reaped huge dividends in the harvest of souls and the raising up of leaders. Many thanks to:

Bev and I so appreciate the Lord for the growth he has given us in Nepal and especially for the way He has provided for this wonderful facility. Since the work is on solid ground and maturing well, we plan to direct our emphasis to other areas of South Asia but we will continue to develop and expand this property.
